- A guest books the stay and gets a confirmation with a check-in door code by SMS or e-mail to access the unit.
- The automatically generated code is valid only from check-in to check-out.
If a guest decides to cancel the booking, the code is also void within seconds. If they extend or shorten their stay, the code updates its validation in real-time.
Best of all, each guest has just one code that opens all doors they have been granted access.

WebLock integrates seamlessly with many Property Management Systems (PMS) like Mews, Guesty, Cloudbeds, At-Visions, Bouk, and Bidrento.
PMS integration allows the automation of the guest’s journey from booking to checkout, minimizing staff working hours and ensuring safe social distancing.
If the accommodation uses readers without keypads, a secure web link is sent to guests to click to open doors or gates.

Upgrade Your Existing Locks
WebLock Rapid deployment provides a swift solution, combining the Shield smart handle with the Hub. Best suited for customers looking to refurbish existing properties, this option typically requires no new mechanical locks. Installation is efficient, taking roughly 30 minutes per door set. Shield can also be paired with DLAV4 to accommodate doors with varying usage needs.
Install New Hotel Locks
Our Premium solution is best suited for high-usage doors or new constructions. The solution can be installed from single doors to high-rise buildings. Each controller efficiently manages two doors (readers), with an average installation time of 2 hours per door, including cabling.
